AMBASSADORS
Youth Ambassadors (YA) is a non-profit social enterprise dedicated to empowering the youth in ASEAN countries and beyond to become changemakers in their respective communities. We specialize in organizing educational conferences for young people, offering them a platform to learn and be inspired through various activities, workshops, and presentations. More importantly, we aim to promote positive interaction and cooperation between youth of different ethnicity and diverse cultures.
OUR MISSION
- To provide platforms and opportunities for youths, in the ASEAN region and beyond, to be the changemakers of their future based on the concept of “youth empowering youth”.
- To facilitate and provide guidance to our event participants for successful incubation and realization of their projects aimed at improving the lives of their community.

CEO OF YOUTH AMBASSADORSThe Asia All Stars Festival (ASF) is a vibrant celebration of youth friendship across the ASEAN region, emphasizing the power of performing arts to bridge cultural divides. Under the visionary leadership of Mr. Ian Townrow, CEO of the Youth Ambassadors, ASF flourishes with the steadfast support of Transinex Pte Ltd, a renowned travel company established in 1972. This festival offers a dynamic platform for ASEAN musicians and dancers, fostering cultural exchange and unity.
CAHAYA GUNAWAN
PROGRAM DIRECTORCahaya Gunawan, our founder is very passionate about sharing knowledge with others. He believes that education is key to personal and societal growth. He has a genuine love for children and enjoys interacting with them and deeply concerned about the development and competitiveness of children in the ASEAN region compared to their counterparts in Europe and America. In his career journey, he committed to finding ways to improve educational standards and opportunities for ASEAN youth. Cahaya's ultimate goal is to empower youth in the ASEAN region to excel academically and professionally, enabling them to compete on a global scale. He aims to foster greater collaboration and exchange between ASEAN countries and other regions to enhance educational opportunities and outcomes for all children. Cahaya believes in equal access to quality education for all children, regardless of their background or circumstances. He values innovation in education and is always exploring new ideas and approaches to improve learning outcomes.
